Former Rocket Maloney now a music performer

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Matt Maloney used to pass the rock to the likes of Hakeem Olajuwon, Clyde Drexler, and Charles Barkley. Now he's performing it.

The former Houston Rockets starting point guard from the late 1990's still lives in Houston. He now represents one half of the electro/rock duo Starline along wiht Calvin Stanley.

On Thursday night, the two artists held their debut album release party at Hughes Hangar.

You could say Maloney is now putting the "rock" in "Rockets."
