Thanks to two cold fronts this week, temperatures are finally below average today with the coolest weather so far this season expected tonight! It will be breezy through early evening with wind gusts out of the north near 30 miles per hour. But the wind starts to settle down tonight. With clear skies and not as much wind, expect temperatures to dip into the upper 30s to low 40s by Thursday morning. Expect temperatures in Houston to climb back to near 70 for Thursday afternoon before dropping back to the 40s again Friday morning. Warmer temps return this weekend and early next week with a slim shot for rain Tuesday and Wednesday. Early look at Thanksgiving shows that we may have a cool front that will drop temperatures back to near 70 and keep a few showers around for Thanksgiving Day.
