Baby born in van on North Freeway
Firefighters took a mother and newborn to the hospital after the mother gave birth in a van on the North Freeway.
HOUSTON - A baby was born early Monday morning on the North Freeway.
Firefighters responded to the call just before 2 a.m. south of Gulf Bank Road.
They found a white van on the shoulder of the freeway with a woman delivering a baby in the front passenger seat.
The mother and baby were taken to a nearby hospital.
