Houston veteran killed: Person in custody in connection with 90-year-old veteran's death
HOUSTON - FOX 26 has learned that a person is in custody in connection with the death of a 90-year-old veteran over the weekend is being questioned.
No other details have been released at this time.
As FOX 26 reported over the weekend, 90-year-old Nelson Beckett was carjacked, shot, his car was stolen, and was ran over by the suspect while fleeing.
Security video obtained by FOX 26 showed the suspect arriving into the Heights at Post Oak Apartment Complex over the weekend.
