CES preview offers a sneak peek at the new tech for 2025
DALLAS - The exhibit halls for the 2025 International Consumer Electronics Show doesn’t open until Tuesday. But media from around the globe is already camped out in Las Vegas to catch a preview of the next generation of tech.
Consumer reporter Steve Noviello got a sneak peek at some of the new tech that will be featured at this year’s show.
Aurzen ZIP
Aurzen ZIP is the world’s first trifold portable projector. The unique design means it has everything built-in and there’s no need for a tripod. The Wi-Fi and speakers are also built in.
Govee Pixel Light
The company that shared high-tech Christmas lights a few years ago has a new pixel board. Govee’s Pixel Light is really an art piece with AI built in. All you have to do is tell it what you want to see a picture of, and it generates the image for you.
Elehear Beyond
Elehear is introducing an AI-powered smart hearing wearable. The company wants people to get used to using this technology way before it’s needed. The earbuds can work like regular earbuds for things like phone calls and listening to music. They also have hearing assist, so they’re something you can ease into and feel more comfortable with if the time comes that you really need them.
Aiper Irrisense
You may already know about Aiper’s products that clean your pool water. Now, the company has a device that helps you save water. The Irrisense is a smart irrigation system that controls where the water goes. It results in 40% less water usage, 80% less maintenance, and 95% less piping.
Current Backyard Smart Pizza Oven
Whether you like Neapolitan, thin crust, frozen pizza, or even New York style, the Current smart pizza oven has got you covered. It heats up to up to 850 degrees from a standard outlet. The controls also interface with the app to make sure that your pizza is really cooked to perfection.
Tikino
Tikino is an ultra-safe ecosystem for kids to enjoy projection. The company curates all of the content. But what’s really cool about it is the device itself. It’s extremely easy to use so that your kids can be in control. That’s good news for them. What’s good news for parents is that it can keep a kid engaged without being too overly stimulating.
Enchanted Tools
A new robot by Enchanted Tools has a variety of functions, from working as a concierge to a acting as a companion to cheer people up. It can be used in business, hospital, or even educational settings. The cool thing is that it responds in real-time. It’s all controlled by AI so that humans are freed up to do tasks that only they can complete.
