League City mayor makes first public appearance since health crisis

Six weeks ago, while repairing his Harvey-flooded home, the mayor of League City was struck with two heart attacks and then two blockages that led to his left leg being amputated.

Mayor Pat Hallisey finally returned to a home repaired by the community while he was in his hospital bed, and last night he made his first public appearance at League City's Holiday in the Park.
