Court records say that the two were trafficking two teenage girls. a 16-year-old girl and a 17-year-old girl.
The documents say that they posted profiles with photos of the girls on an adult escort site, advertising a "two girl special."
The documents say that Gonzales admitted to investigators that he had sex with the 16-year-old victim and that Andrews contacted one of the victims initially over Instagram.

The 17-year-old victim in the case was reported missing out of Bee County, Texas in October. The Bee County sheriff and Texas Department of Family and Protective services say they are still looking for the teen.
Since the teen went missing on October 2, 37 other teens and children in Texas have disappeared.
David Reid, the founder of an anti-trafficking nonprofit "RedM", says kids who run away or go missing are most vulnerable to fall victim to traffickers.
"Often it's said that if a child is a runaway, they're a target for traffickers, but more often than not, they're not really a runaway. They've been lured into this position by traffickers, who they don't think are traffickers," he said.
He says kids are often coerced into thinking they ‘chose’ this lifestyle, when the choice was never theirs.
"It's a very common mistake to think that someone is choosing this. We've had survivors who say they were made to say they liked it, it was their job, that they were over 18 - those are all things that are said to make the buyer think this is a victimless crime when really, it isn't."
Both suspects are still in the Harris County Jail. Andrews has a $100,000 bond and Gonzalez is being held without bond on the immigration hold.
