HOUSTON - A Silver Alert in Houston has been canceled after a man with dementia was found on Sunday to help find a man who was last seen late Friday night in the Medical Center Area.

Found two days later

The backstory:

Originally, officials said a 75-year-old man was last seen at about 11:30 p.m. Friday in the 1500 block of Ben Taub Loop. He has been diagnosed with dementia and needed his medication, according to the Texas Center for the Missing.

At around 10:30 a.m. Sunday, the center reported that the man had been found safe.
