Briahn Hawkins joined the FOX 26 team in January 2025, but they’re no stranger to news coverage in Texas.
They jumped into news immediately after earning their bachelor’s degree in Communications from Trinity University in San Antonio. Briahn covered Houston news from 2020 to 2022, then worked in Dallas until 2024 before deciding to come back home.
When it comes to news, Briahn’s main focus is to make transparent, helpful content and share stories straight from the community.
