Harris County jailers indicted for using excessive force What's Your Point? December 10,2017

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Criminal indictments were returned this week against five Harris County jailers, accused of ferociously beating Jerome Bartee in 2016. The alleged use of excessive force was yet another beating in a long string of brutal incidents in the nation's third largest county jail complex.
