40 years of Taste of Texas Restaurant recipes

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Taste of Texas Restaurant, famous for preparing certified Angus beef, is celebrating 40 years in business and is the largest independently-owned restaurant in Texas.. The building on Katy Freeway boasts a large museum-quality display of Texas historic artifacts. 

FOX 26 News segment contributor Cleverley Stone learns from restaurant owner Edd Hendee and chef Horacio Degante about the recipes featured in "Perfectly Aged - 40 Years of Recipes & Stories from the Taste of Texas," a cookbook commemorating the establishment.
