Amanda Edwards drops out of Mayoral Race
With surprise "entries"....and just as surprising "exits" the dynamics of the Houston mayor's race shifted once again this week with Amanda Edwards altering political course. Greg Groogan talks with Edwards about her decisions.
Both happen to be African- American...and both departures happened after the entry of longtime Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.
Of course, none of these decisions are "happenstance", given what many view as the "electoral imperative" of uniting the black vote come November.
