HOUSTON - Another round of storms moved across Southeast Texas on Friday morning, bringing heavy rain, strong winds and hail.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch was in effect for the viewing until 11 a.m. Severe thunderstorm and flash flood warnings were issued before the storms pushed out east.
