Houston weather: Pleasant Friday with temps in 60s, warmer weather next week

Our latest cold front has moved east, making way for sunshine and warmer weather. Highs on Saturday will be in the low-70s with highs on Sunday reaching the mid-70s. These temperatures will be about 10 degrees above average for this time of year.
Even Warmer Next Week:
As we head into the first week or so of February, temperatures are expected to soar to near 80 degrees. Rain chances overall next week look to remain on the low end. Maybe an isolated shower or two will prevail by the end of the week.
