Civil Rights groups gathered at FBI headquarters in northwest Houston to demand an investigation into alleged jury tampering in Brazoria County. For more than a decade, former district clerk Rhonda Barchak is accused of separating jurors according to race and location, rather than using a non-biased, randomized process.
