Tropical Weather Forecast - October 30, 2021

There is still an area in the Atlantic, which the National Hurricane Center has been tracking for a while, that could form into a Sub-Tropical Storm. The storms off the coast of Africa also look to be slightly more favorable to become a tropical cyclone.
