Crazy Azz Criminal: Crack head accused of killing elderly neighbors while squatting in dead cousin's apartment

Sometimes you just can't make this up. A man reportedly known around his NYC apartment building for being a crack head and carrying a pick axe is accused of killing three elderly neighbors.
