Statewide election to feature constitutional amendments

Monday is the deadline to register to vote in a statewide election that has eight constitutional amendments. These proposed amendments address a number of topics from religious freedoms to taxes. Dr. David Branham with the University of Houston-Downtown shares what we need to know before November 2.
