Sunday evening weather forecast and Tropical Storm Nicholas update

There are still some uncertainties with the track of Tropical Storm Nicholas but confidence is high that Houston will see heavy rains from this system. Much of Southeast Texas is under a FLASH FLOOD WATCH through Tuesday evening. The stronger winds will follow the center of Nicholas' path, so but all of us should expect heavy rains.
