One-woman effort to support firefighters after 9/11 now a lasting community resource

Nancy Carbone went from firehouse to firehouse in the weeks after 9/11 to ask firefighters what kind of support they needed. 20 years later she has a thriving non-profit called Friends of Firefighters that serves NYC firefighters of 9/11 and today.
