Permitless carry goes into effect Wednesday

As of Wednesday September 1, Texans no longer need a permit to carry a gun in certain places. Proponents say it helps cut the red tape, but those against it say it will create a Wild Wild West on the streets of Texas. Our panel discusses the new law.
