Harris County sues state over mask mandate amid rising COVID-19 case numbers

With the rising number of COVID-19 cases in Texas, Harris Co. has issued a mask mandate for schools and daycares and the Harris County Attorney's office has filed a lawsuit against Governor Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton.
