Was the shooting of Ma'Kiyha Bryant racially motivated or a proper use of force?
A 16-year-old girl in foster care was shot and killed by police in Columbus, Ohio after they responded to a call for a fight at a home. Body camera footage shows Bryant seemingly try to attack other girls at the home before an officer told her to get down, and eventually fired at her.
