RAW: Police Chief addresses Houstonians after resignation announcement

Houston Police Department Chief Art Acevedo spoke with the media Tuesday following his announcement that he was resigning as Chief of Police and heading to Miami to run the department there. Acevedo touched on the department, the criminal court system, as well as who he thinks would be a good chief of police.
