Harris County's COVID-19 threat level system
Harris County just unveiled a new COVID-19 public threat level system after Texas saw its highest number of cases and hospitalizations this week. The county is currently at a Level 2, meaning residents must minimize all contact, according to Judge Lina Hidalgo.
