Barbershops, salons open for first time in weeks

Following Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s new order, nail salons, barbershops, and tanning salons were allowed to re-open on Friday, May 8. FOX 26 Reporter Matthew Seedorff speaks with business owners about their reopening.
