Teacher at Lamar CISD caught on camera allegedly mistreating special needs student

A Houston family has released this footage of their teen son inside a classroom at George Ranch High School in Richmond. The boy communicates on a level of a 2 or 3-year-old child. His family says these moments caught on camera are unacceptable.
