MLB removes marijuana from banned substance list

Major League Baseball is reportedly in agreement with the Players Association to remove marijuana from the banned substance list. A positive test before would have suspended a minor league player for at least 25 games. The league is now shifting focus to making sure players aren't hooked on pills, rather than green.
