Not a single penny in aid to homeowners more than 2 years after Harvey

A disturbing revelation this week that despite receiving $800 million worth of Federal relief for victims, not a single penny in aid has been delivered by Harris County to a homeowner. All the claims appear to be mired in red-tape.
