Video shows suspect wanted in sexual assault of 13-year-old girl at northwest Houston apartment complex

The girl was waiting for the mail in a common area of the apartment complex on Antoine Drive near De Soto Street around 1 p.m. August 31. Investigators say the man had been watching her for a while, saw she was alone, grabbed her and sexually assaulted her.
