Houston weather: Watching U.S. tornado threat; wind, rain chances in SE Texas

The National Weather Service has issued a rare high risk for severe storms and tornadoes for parts of Arkansas, Tennessee, Missouri and Kentucky. FOX 26 Meteorlogist Remeisha Shade looks at the threat as well as Houston's wind and rain conditions for the week.
