Republican lawmakers clash over proxy voting for House members

Reps Anna Paulinea Luna (R-Florida) and Brittany Pettersen (D-Colorado) have support for a plan to allow new or expecting parents in the U.S. House to vote from home. House Speaker Mike Johnson is one of the Republicans who are against the idea.
