Houston weather: Rainy Thursday, highs in mid-70s

Temperatures are looking to reach the mid-70s, but a Flood Watch is in effect for Brazoria, Matagorda, Wharton, Jackson and Calhoun Counties today and tomorrow. Expect rain with pockets of heavy rain south of Houston and rainy, isolated storms near Houston.
