Breaking Bond: Woman who bonded out of two counties now charged in deadly hit-and-run

A 31-year-old woman bonded out for an aggravated robbery charge, then bonded out for a misdemeanor theft charge. Now, she's believed to have struck and killed a woman with her truck.
