Katy, TX: Bystander killed in shootout outside McDonald's on Fry Road
A fight between two groups of possible teens allegedly escalated into a shootout on Sunday, and 61-year-old Jorge Arbaiza was caught in the crossfire. FOX 26's Jade Flury spoke with a neighbor who lived next to the victim.
