Are DOGE cuts actually saving Americans a trillion dollars?

Newly confirmed Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick promising $1 trillion windfall via DOGE. Many seriously question if there's enough government fat to get anywhere close to $1 trillion in savings bill.
