Texas Senate passes proposals on bail reform | What's Your Point?

According to the Texas Tribune, Senate Joint Resolution 5, which passed 28-2, would amend the Texas Constitution to allow judges to deny bail to defendants accused of murder, aggravated kidnapping, robbery or assault with a weapon.
