Brisket lesson at Truth BBQ with Leonard Botello + Blade Bow

The Garden & Gun Rodeo Smoke Show is coming to Houston March 1, so Carolina thought she’d help out. First she heads to Truth BBQ to learn from the pitmaster Leonard Botello himself — lessons on the wood, the pits, the fires and then hands-on work like seasoning, rotating and more. Then, she invited Jack Sowder to the bar for New Fashioneds made with Blade & Bow.
