Charges dismissed for 8 HPD officers linked to deadly botched raid

This week, Harris County's new top prosecutor, Sean Tier, dismissed corruption charges against eight Houston police officers involved in the infamous and lethal Harding drug raid which claimed the lives of two innocent homeowners.
