Vandalized memorial of man killed on Katy Freeway leaves family heartbroken

Clayton Vaughn was killed in 2023 after a tire from someone's trailer went hurtling onto I-10 and smashed through the windshield of the car Clayton was a passenger in. His family's grief has now escalated after someone vandalized their memorial for him.
