Brazoria Co. deputy killed in shooting: NEWS CONFERENCE

Brazoria County deputy Jesus Jesse Vargas was shot and killed in southwest Houston on Wednesday while attempting to serve a warrant to a suspect. Leaders including Houston Mayor John Whitmire, Houston Police Chief Noe Diaz and Brazoria County Sheriff Bo Stallman spoke about the shooting and the efforts to find the gunman.
