New video footage of hit-and-run death of Houston marathoner Lilia Vazquez

Authorities have released new surveillance footage showing a dark-colored pickup truck that they believe was involved in the hit-and-run crash that killed well-known Houston marathoner Lilia Vazquez earlier this month.
