Lawsuit filed after teen killed in train crash

The family of 15-year-old Sergio Rodriguez who was kit and killed on Monday by a Union Pacific Railroad train while walking to school has filed a lawsuit against the company and train operator. FOX 26's Leslie DelasBour spoke with the attorney's for more information.
