This wet and stormy weather comes as a cold front drops into the Houston area Thursday afternoon. Rain chances will be highest Wednesday & Thursday late morning through the afternoon. Spotty showers will linger through the evening. So trick-or-treat plans may be impacted. Definitely stay indoors if you hear thunder or see lightning.
