Hit-and-run on Penn Street: Victim ejected from 4-Wheeler, flown to hospital

A hit-and-run incident on Penn Street resulted in a person being ejected from a 4-wheeler and seriously injured. The vehicle that struck them fled the scene, and the victim was airlifted to a hospital. Harris County Sheriff's deputies are investigating.
