Members oppose Houston ISD $4 billion bond

Democrats and Repubnlicans are working to oppose Houston ISD's more than $4 billion bond proposal. Members from both sides met to urge voters to reject the bond. FOX 26's Jade Flury has more from HISD headquarters.
