Handheld devices explode in Labanon

First it was pagers and now walkie talkies are exploding in Lebanon, killing more than a dozen and injuring hundreds. Richard Sindelar, a scholar at Rice University's Baker Institute joined FOX 26 to provide some insight on the situation.
