Tropical Depression Debby will continue to dump up to 4 to 8" of rain over the Carolinas, Virginia & the NE U.S. through Friday. Another tropical wave is being monitored for development in the Eastern Atlantic. It does have a MEDIUM 40% shot to be our next tropical system as it gets closer to the Lesser Antilles next week.
