The flood threat continues across SE Texas today. There is a Flood Watch in effect until 1pm. Make sure you clear the storm drains in your neighborhood to help prevent flooded roadways. An additional 1-3”+ is possible today as several round of heavy rain will move from south to north across the viewing area. Rain chances stay elevated on Sunday but they will drop early next week as a big pattern change arrives. Houston will be hot and humid beginning on Monday with highs back to the 90s.
