CAUGHT ON VIDEO: Newborn abandoned on Katy trail by an unidentified man

In a heartbreaking turn of events, a newborn was found abandoned on a bridge leading to Bear Creek walking trail in Katy this past Saturday. Surveillance footage captured a man leaving the baby wrapped in a towel before fleeing the scene. Heroic locals, out for a walk, noticed the helpless infant and immediately contacted the authorities, providing safety before the heat could pose a threat.
